Painting the sea and the sky and all the weird and wonderful things in between...

All of my original paintings are created with seawater or rainwater, depending on the subject. And, in addition to traditional brushes, for some paintings I use improvised painting implements - including seashells, sponges, fossil shark teeth, seabird feathers, and drift wood - to create the traditional-style piece. I work in different mediums for different projects and enjoy experimenting and combining mediums to create something new and unexpected. I generally paint scenes of sea-life, storms, seascapes, life in Florida, and whatever happens to strike my mood at a particular time.
